Bakang Gaothaelwe has wide range of experience in construction qualified as Construction Health and Safety Manager. He graduated at Vaal University of Technology (National Diploma in Safety Management) and is currently furthering his studies in Btech: Business Administration with University of SA.
He worked in various projects where he attained construction background and experience on following projects:
Construction of World Cup stadiums (FNB and Nelson Mandela Bay), Expansion of Sasol Wax, Construction of Booysendal Mine, Construction of Eskom Powerlines, Construction of Medupi and Kusile Power Station (Eskom) he went to Mozambique and Lead Health and Safety on Rail construction for Vale Nacala Rail Corridor under Aveng Mozambique Limitada he then Lead the Health and Safety on Eskom Majuba Rail Project.
He registered his own company in 2014 and eventually started his first construction under Nucon Civils on D221 road in Taung, North West Province as A Sub Contractor.
He Consulted as a Safety Advisor for several Companies including Tsalanag Construction cc : ESKOM PROJECT, SBV: INFRASTRUCTURE, Kelotlhoko: PRASA PROJECT, POLOKWANE MUNICIPALITY HOUSING PROJECT, BRIGDESTONE MAINTANANCE, DIPALESENG MUNICIPALITY WATER TREATMENT PLANT, Mdina Engineering: JRA PROJECTS, Epitome Engineering and Consultants: Joburg Market and Audited Hyundai SA: 46 DEALERSHIPS, LO Mobile: SASOL, Green Eden Nursery cc: SASOL, all under Masikolga PTY LTD.
